3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, graphics, and other intellectual property created and provided by XoviqLabs are owned by XoviqLabs unless otherwise explicitly stated in a formal project contract. Upon full payment, ownership of custom work products may be transferred to the client as defined in the project agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Transmitting any malicious software or harmful code
- Engaging in unauthorised data collection or scraping
- Disrupting or interfering with the performance of our website or infrastructure
- Using our services to facilitate illegal activities
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on each invoice. XoviqLabs reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with overdue payments.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
XoviqLabs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdictions we serve — including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and India — without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
